SAMVEGA Recruitment Process

Each assignment is treated as a project with agreed costs, method of approach, a schedule, milestones and deliverables. Four techniques are used to identify prospective candidates. The first is recruitment from existing workforce available through our partners, the second uses candidate databases, and the third involves headhunting techniques, and the fourth through advertising.

Screened Quality Database

Candidates are evaluated and accepted for placement as much for their exposure to quality practices and professional management environments as on the basis of their training, learning, and skill sets.
